Pizzas come in all sizes and varieties. Use this recipe to make a great foundation for your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings.

  1. Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in oil.
  2. In a separate container, stir flour and salt together. Stir into the liquid mixture.
  3. Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until it is smooth and elastic (about 15 minutes). Shape into a ball; place in a greased bowl, turning over once. Cover with a cloth and let rise until doubled (about 2 hours).
  4. Punch dough down; divide it in half. Roll out on two pizza pans. Bake at 425 degrees for 11 minutes.
